NEW RETURN POLICY INFORMATION EFFECTIVE MAR 1, 2022
All RMA requests will be processed at our B2B website at www.shoprpt.com . Visit the home page and look for the RETURNS tab at the top of the page.
No product will be picked up prior to getting RMA authorization. The Authorization will be sent via email and our driver will have matching return paperwork.
Any product with a 90 day or older purchase date is not eligible for return.
Specific vendors handle warranty issues DIRECTLY with the dealer or customer.
Authorized return pickups must be in the original box and free of damage. Items not boxed will not be picked up by RPT drivers.
No returns will be authorized that are Special Order.
All authorized returns will be inspected once returned and credit will be added to your account in 2-3 business days.
Some returns are subject to Restocking fees.
Please allow 5-7 business days for Authorized Returns to be processed and sent to your credit balance.
